In these terms and conditions “EVENTZTER MY TICKETS" refers to EVENTZTER Inc. EVENTZTER MY TICKETS sells all tickets as an agent on behalf of the organizers, promoters, artists, venues or producers of an event (referred to as a "Promoter") on these terms and conditions and subject to any other terms, conditions or rules applicable to that event.

  • No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
  • No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
  • Any kind of unauthorized payment transaction issues should info to our legal team at info@eventzter.com . Our Team will help you a better solution.
  • Lost or damaged ticket(s) would not be entertained.
  • The tickets may be collected at the box office of the venue the date of the event 1 hour before the beginning of the event. Purchaser MUST Photo ID, Credit Card and Booking Reference upon ticket collection. The identity of the person receiving the refunds may be recorded by our Customer Service Officers.
  • No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter is issued by the Purchaser and presented to EVENTZTER MY TICKETS upon ticket collection. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from EVENTZTER MY TICKETS or other authorized points of sale.
  • The resale of tickets is prohibited. EVENTZTER MY TICKETS reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
  • Infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated in event advertisements or announcement.
  • Student and Senior Citizen passes (and others where applicable) must be shown to obtain discounts (where applicable) and upon admission.
  • Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances.
  • Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
  • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
  • The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
  • The Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
  • The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
  • The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
  • The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  • Information is collected from those registering with Eventzter My Tickets in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
  • Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.
  • Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

September 10 2017

  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the ''Notices'' or individually, a ''Notice'') respectively shall be placed in the media by the Promoter or it’s PR Representatives. Any refund made by EVENTZTER MY TICKETS shall only be made out of sums held by EVENTZTER MY TICKETS for the Promoter as authorized by the prior written agreement of the Promoter. The amount of refund will be made on a pro-rated basis (''Pro-rated Amount'') in accordance with the amount of the said sums held by EVENTZTER MY TICKETS and the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. EVENTZTER MY TICKETS shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the Pro-rated Amount under any circumstances.
  • EVENTZTER MY TICKETS shall not be liable and under no obligation to make any refund at all in the event that the Promoter did not pay in advance the said sums to EVENTZTER MY TICKETS.
  • The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
  • Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such un-refunded sums shall be dealt with at EVENTZTER MY TICKETS’s sole discretion.
  • In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards with which the tickets were purchased. If such credit cards are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and condition below shall apply.
  • Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded by check and refunds will have to be made at the EVENTZTER MY TICKETS Office address at O Box 483
    New Hyde Park, NY – 11040. Or Email at tickets@eventzter.com . Ticket Holders will have to produce the full stub of the original tickets in good condition to claim refunds. Ticket Holder shall submit a front photocopy NRIC to facilitate the check issuance.
  • The Ticketing Fee and the Booking Fee will not be refunded.

Governing Law and Disputes

EVENTZTER MY TICKETSis committed to customer satisfaction. We will try to resolve any concerns or problems with our services that you have. If we are unsuccessful, you may pursue a claim against EVENTZTER MY TICKETS as explained in this Disputes provision. This Disputes provision lays out: (1) the initial process you must follow by reporting your claim to EVENTZTER MY TICKETS prior to filing any arbitration or law suit in accordance with this Disputes provision; and, if we are unable to resolve your claim, (2) the recourse that you have to arbitration.

 

Prior to initiating arbitration, as discussed further below, you must give us an opportunity to resolve any complaints you have relating to your use of the Eventzter My Tickets website, any dealings with our customer service agents, any services or products provided, or our Privacy Policy by submitting them to info@eventzter.com(the “Internal Review Procedure”). Your email to info@eventzter.combeginning the Internal Review Procedure must contain the following information: (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) the email address you used to make your reservation, (4) your reservation number, (5) the date of your reservation, (6) the name of the event that you reserved, (7) a brief description of the nature of your complaint, and (8) the resolution that you are seeking (together, the “Required Information”). Additionally, the subject line of your email must state, “Request under Disputes Provision.” If your email does not have this subject line, or if it does not contain all of the Required Information (or an explanation of why you are unable to include any of the Required Information), then you have not effectively begun the Internal Review Procedure, which you must do before initiating any arbitration or other legal action against Eventzter My Tickets. If we are not able to resolve your complaint within 60 days of your starting the Internal Review Procedure, you may seek relief as laid out in this Disputes provision.
